  1. The Price Match Guarantee offered by Creative Smiles applies exclusively to dental treatment quotes or treatment plans provided by legitimate Australian dental providers. Prices found on websites and any other sources are not eligible for this offer.
  2. To be eligible for the Price Match Guarantee, the patient must provide a valid and official dental treatment quote or treatment plan from a licensed dental provider. The quote or treatment plan must clearly outline the scope of the proposed dental treatment, including procedures, materials, item codes, and associated costs.
  3. The patient must not have initiated or commenced the proposed dental treatment in any of their steps, covered by the quote or treatment plan submitted for the Price Match Guarantee.
  4. The Price Match Guarantee applies solely to treatment quotes or treatment plans received within the last 30 days.
  5. The patient is required to submit the quote or treatment plan before initiating treatment at Creative Smiles. The patient is required to start treatment within the following 30 days.
  6. The Price Match Guarantee is applicable to the total cost of the proposed dental treatment, including all associated fees, materials, and services mentioned in the submitted quote or treatment plan.
  7. Creative Smiles reserves the right to verify the authenticity and validity of the submitted dental treatment quote or treatment plan, including contacting the dental provider for confirmation.
  8. The Price Match Guarantee will only be honoured if the treatment procedures and materials outlined in the submitted quote or treatment plan are comparable to those offered by Creative Smiles.
  9. Creative Smile’s determination of comparability will be final and based on professional judgment and nature of treatment.
  10. In the event that the submitted quote or treatment plan meets all of the eligibility criteria and Creative Smiles confirms comparability, the patient will receive a price match to the quoted amount for the specified dental treatment only.
  11. The Price Match Guarantee cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts offered by Creative Smiles.
  12. Creative Smiles reserves the right to modify or terminate the Price Match Guarantee and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  13. The patient acknowledges that the decision of Creative Smiles regarding the Price Match Guarantee is final and binding.
  14. Treatment plans/quotes originating outside of Australia will not be accepted.
  15. Price match guarantee for our All-on-4 treatment plans are accepted, provided that the plan includes the use of Noble Biocare Implant System and a fixed implant-retained bridge crafted by an accredited Australian Dental Lab.
  16. All Price Match Guarantee treatments will be carried out by Dr Esther Chin, Dr Claudia Braybon, Dr Reza Zamani and Dr Abella Huynh.
  17.  Price Match Guarantee excludes in-house CEREC crowns.

By submitting a request for the Price Match Guarantee, the patient agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. Creative Smiles reserves the right to modify, alter, or cancel the Price Match Guarantee and its associated terms and conditions at its sole discretion.

Dr. Abella Huynh

Dental Surgeon

Abella graduated from Griffith University on the Gold Coast with the Griffith Award for Academic Excellence (Top 5%). Her pursuit of dentistry is born from her belief that laughter is the best medicine, and that everything starts with a winning smile. Abella is empathetic and respectful towards everyone’s level of dental experience and aims to make her patients feel at ease and comfortable during their time at the practice. She prides herself on being a gentle and compassionate clinician who strives to put a beautiful, wide smile on everyone’s face.

Before moving to Melbourne, Abella worked in private practice in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, and as a dental volunteer for Brisbane Youth Services. She is also a current member of the Australian Dental Association, the Australian Society of Endodontology, the Australian & New Zealand Society of Paediatric Dentistry, and other various dental study clubs. Her commitment to continuing
education ensures that she is providing the best quality of care for her patients. She particularly enjoys oral surgery, aesthetic dentistry, and paediatric dentistry.

Outside of work, Abella enjoys reading fiction novels, cooking, socialising with friends, and attending yoga class.

Dr. Esther Chin

Dental Surgeon

Dr Esther is a highly experienced general dentist who has been a valued member of the Creative Smiles team for over 10 years. She has a strong interest in both general and cosmetic dentistry, with expertise in crown and bridge work as well as clear aligner treatments.

Dr Esther is known for her gentle and caring approach, always taking the time to ensure her patients feel comfortable and well-informed throughout their treatment. She is committed to delivering high-quality care tailored to each individual’s needs.

Fluent in Mandarin, Dr Esther is able to communicate effectively with a broader range of patients, helping them feel at ease and confident in their dental care.

Dr. Reza Zamani

Dental Surgeon

Reza graduated from Beheshti university Iran in 1990. After spending his first 9 years practising in Iran & running his own clinic him and his family decided to move to Australia in 2008.

Reza has been a part of the Creative smiles team since 2010.

Dr Zamani travelled to Portugal to complete the Paula Malo (founder of AO4) course in 2018. He has completed over 80 All on four arches and has a large passion for it.

Dr. Claudia Braybon

Dental Surgeon

After completing her Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 1998, Dr Claudia Braybon has continued to grow and develop, completing further postgraduate studies in Oral Implants, Full mouth rehabilitation, Soft tissue management, Cosmetic Dentistry, Digital Smile Design and Digital Orthodontic treatments.

Passionate about knowledge, she believes that continued education is the key to delivering the highest level of care to her patients, through technology and best practice

Dr Claudia enjoys Restorative, Orthodontic, Implant and Cosmetic procedures as they can be used to create beautiful smiles that leave lasting impressions.

As a caring and committed dentist, she adopts an empathetic approach, believing it is important to provide a positive dental experience and comfortable environment for her patients. This approach, combined with her attention to detail, ensures her patients are confident to make informed decisions about treatment options and receive the highest level of care.

Dr Braybon is a member of the Australian Dental Association (ADA), International Team of Implantology (ITI), The Australian Prosthodontic Society (APS), Certified Invisalign provider and Digital Orthodontic College alumni.

Dr Braybon enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, playing tennis, dancing and a good laugh with her friends.

Dr. Reg De Sousa

Dental Surgeon

As the practice principle at creative smiles I am proud to lead the dedicated team of doctors, nurses and administrative staff at Creative Smiles.

I come from a family of dentists and so grew up around dentistry from a young age helping out whenever I could .Hence my passion for dentistry began at an early age and has grown over the last 30 years that I have been in practice.

I qualified as a dentist from the Royal London Hospital Medical College, (University of London) in 1994. On graduation I completed a years post graduate vocational training and then began working on the NHS for the next 12 years.

During this time I also branched out and opened a small private practice on London’s Harley Street which I had for 5 years until my departure to Melbourne.

While on Harley street, I developed my interest in implant dentistry, and studied for a year in 2007, under a clinical mentorship.

In 2010 I moved to Melbourne with my family and began working as a dentist at Creative Smiles, where I have further developed my skills in implantology and cosmetic dentistry and additionally completed the Invisalign and Spark training.

I have also completed the All-On-4 training at the Malo Clinic in Lisbon, Portugal, where the concept was created, enabling me to offer this treatment concept in addition to the more traditional approach to fixed and removable prosthetic oral rehabilitation to our patients at Creative smiles.
